Dear Members of Congress, President Trump has publicly linked his push to seize control of Greenland to his failure to receive the Nobel Peace Prize, and he is threatening coercive tactics against NATO allies to achieve that aim. This is unhinged madness. I urge Congress to act immediately to block any effort to annex or coerce control of Greenland, uphold international law, and protect U.S. alliances.
