Force Patel, Noem, & the FBI/ICE to submit to a locally led independent investigation in Minneapolis MN & Portland OR. The guilty shooters must be removed from duty, have their pay & benefits suspended until the investigation and consequences are complete. Abolish ICE, impeach Noem & Patel along with Trump. NOW. Keep it going until these tasks are done.
