I know you agree with me that this rash of state anti-voting legislation is a scary and undemocratic attack by the GOP. Rather than adjust policies to lobby voters to their side, they prefer a #JimCrow2 approach to power; keep people of color and youth from being able to vote. I support your efforts to get HR1, the For The People Act, and the John Lewis Voting Rights Act passed through Congress. While bipartisanship would be nice, we have bipartisan support of the PEOPLE! Please kill the Jim Crow filibuster and get these national voting protections passed! p.s. Make D.C. a State!!
