I am a member of Indivisible CA33/CA37. I am deeply concerned by the reports that President Biden is expected to nominate a known anti-abortion judge to a lifetime judicial role in the state of Kentucky in an apparent agreement with Senator McConnell. I strongly urge the President to consider the gravity of that action in the aftermath of the overthrow of Roe vs Wade, how its actions can impact future potential SCOTUS cases, how it will reflect callousness in light of where we are as a nation, and that it is a deal with a dishonest party in Senator McConnell. Do not nominate any anti-abortion judges no matter what is promised by Senator McConnell. Set an example, and lead and energize the nation so that we win the November midterms. Thank you for your time and attention.
