Statements without consequence are just empty threats. ICE OUT!

He said the words, and then he commanded his officers to comply. YOU say the words and then go do whatever it is you do all day. Statements without consequences are just empty threats. You need to do more than just say what we want to hear. You have to ACT on it, as well. Follow through is hard, but it’s literally in your job description, so maybe do it?
