Justice Delayed Is Justice Denied: Release the Epstein Files

I am writing as your constituent to demand immediate action regarding the continued failure to fully release the Epstein-related investigative and court records.
Years have passed since Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes were exposed, yet key records remain sealed, delayed, or only partially disclosed. This continued secrecy is unacceptable. When crimes of sexual exploitation intersect with wealth, influence, and possible institutional failings, transparency is not optional — it is essential.
I am asking you to take specific, public action now:
1. Demand a formal explanation from the Department of Justice and relevant courts for why Epstein-related records remain unreleased.
2. Call for a clear public timeline for releasing all lawful records, with redactions limited strictly to protecting victims.
3. Support or initiate oversight hearings to examine prolonged delays, improper sealing, or obstruction.
4. Make a public statement demanding that unnecessary delays end and that the Epstein files be released without further excuse.
Continued silence fuels public distrust and reinforces the belief that accountability depends on power rather than law. That perception damages confidence in our justice system and dishonors survivors.
Transparency restores trust.
Delay destroys it.
I expect you to publicly state where you stand and what actions you will take to ensure the lawful release of these records now.
