I am writing to demand accountability and honesty from our nation’s leaders. Why do you continue to allow Donald Trump and his allies to spread lies about the so-called “radical left” terrorizing America, when the overwhelming evidence points to the opposite?
Charlie Kirk’s assassin was a white, MAGA, gun-loving male. The Colorado shooter was a white, MAGA, gun-loving male. The brutal assassinations of a Minnesota Representative and her husband were carried out by a white, MAGA, gun-loving male. Time and again, the facts are clear: the vast majority of politically fueled violence in this country comes from the radical right.
And yet, this administration continues to fan the flames of division by scapegoating the “radical left,” distracting from the real and present danger. The American people deserve the truth. We deserve leaders who will confront extremism wherever it exists—not allow one side to run unchecked while blaming the other.
Every day you remain silent, these lies spread further, fueling more violence, and tearing our country apart. When will you stand up to these falsehoods? When will you put country before party and start working to heal this nation instead of allowing it to be divided and destroyed by lies?
I urge you to do your duty: challenge these dangerous narratives, speak the truth, and take action against the radical right-wing violence that is endangering our democracy and our people.
