Pete Hegseth Violates Posse Comitatus

On September 29th Pete Hegseth announced his violation of the Posse Comitatus Act. He declared that elements of the DoD, including Cyber defense agencies, will be engaged in domestic missions in relation to the election. While he claims. this is to defend the integrity of our elections against outside influences, this is both a use of the military on our soil and a violation of First Amendment rights. How will the military determine what is a foreign post? What will they do if and when US citizens repeat or comment on ostensibly foreign content? Please, I beg of you, enact consequences on the Secretary of Defense for his use of the US military on US soil and against US citizens.
