I urge you to take immediate action to rectify the egregious violation of due process committed by the wrongful deportation of Kilmar Abrego Garcia to a notorious Salvadoran prison. This blatant disregard for the rule of law and human rights concerns me deeply. The Supreme Court has clearly ruled that Mr. Abrego Garcia's removal was illegal, yet the administration refuses to facilitate his prompt return in defiance of the court's order. This unlawful detention abroad undermines our nation's democratic principles and commitment to civil liberties. As an elected representative, you have a duty to uphold the Constitution and protect all constituents, regardless of immigration status, from such unconscionable violations of their rights. I implore you to leverage your authority and influence to ensure Mr. Abrego Garcia is swiftly and safely returned to the United States, in full compliance with the Supreme Court's directive. Restore faith in our judicial system and the inviolable protections it affords every individual by resolving this injustice forthwith.
