I am begging you to a) complete a state budget and b) have it include adequate funding for SEPTA to avoid the catastrophic effects for the city and the region. I know you’re likely facing Republican opposition, but thru can’t think the loss of jobs, tax revenue and ongoing success of the region is worth sacrificing. Please do all you can to avoid this chaos- it will be a disaster. Thank you for your efforts
