The Constitution Before Trump. Vote NO on Blanche.

Vote NO on Todd Blanche’s nomination as Attorney General.
Todd Blanche has already demonstrated that he is not prepared to lead the Department of Justice. His handling of the Epstein files damaged public confidence, with the release drawing criticism over the disclosure of victims’ identifying information and raising serious questions about his judgment and competence.
Equally troubling is his inability to separate his role as President Trump’s former personal attorney from the independent responsibilities of the nation’s chief law enforcement officer. During his confirmation hearing, he repeatedly referred to Donald Trump as “the President,” reinforcing the perception that his loyalty remains with his former client rather than with the Constitution and the impartial administration of justice.
The Attorney General’s oath is to the Constitution, not to any president. Americans deserve a leader who will enforce the law fairly, protect victims, and preserve the independence of the Department of Justice without fear or favor.
If you vote to confirm Todd Blanche, you are telling your constituents that political loyalty matters more than an independent Justice Department. Voters are paying attention, and they will remember this vote when you ask for their support in November.
Todd Blanche has not earned the trust required to serve as Attorney General. Vote NO on his confirmation.
