Block Border Wall Construction on Native Sovereign Land

251 so far! Help us get to 500 signers!

Stop any border wall construction on Native sovereign land. Tribal nations hold treaty-protected rights to their territories — rights that predate the federal government itself. Bulldozing through those lands without free, prior, and informed consent is not a border security policy. It is a violation of federal trust responsibilities and treaty law. The Tohono O'odham Nation and other border tribes have been clear: they do not consent to wall construction on their lands. Their communities are already divided by the border. A wall doesn't make them safer — it cuts off access to sacred sites, traditional water sources, and family members on both sides. Respecting sovereignty here isn't a political concession. It's a legal obligation. I expect you to defend it.
