Public education must remain a haven for all students, not a battleground for discriminatory agendas. I urge Congress to exercise its oversight authority immediately by taking two vital actions: Enact Legislation Restoring Title IX Protections: Explicitly codify non-discrimination protections for sexual orientation and gender identity into federal law.
