President Trump Claims He Didn't Sign Alien Enemies Act Proclamation?
6 so far! Help us get to 10 signers!
President Trump is now claiming he did not sign the Alien Enemies Act proclamation that led to the mass deportation of nearly 200 Venezuelan men, some of whom are now stranded in El Salvador under legally murky circumstances. Yet that same proclamation:
• Is listed on the official White House website as a Presidential Action.
• Bears the words “BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.”
• Is confirmed by the Federal Register as bearing Trump’s signature.
• Was publicly defended by Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, who said, quote: “President Trump signed [it]… at @POTUS’ direction.”
So I ask you: If Trump didn’t sign it, WHO DID?
Because that opens up three chilling possibilities:
1. Trump signed it and is now lying—knowingly ducking responsibility for an unlawful mass deportation that may violate a federal court order.
2. Someone else forged or authorized the order without presidential consent—meaning we’ve lost control of the executive branch.
3. Or perhaps most terrifying: Trump doesn’t remember signing it—suggesting mental unfitness to execute the office of the presidency.
And through all this, one fact remains: nearly 200 men were deported under a presidential order the president now denies issuing.
So again: WHO signed the order? WHO carried out the deportations? And WHO is actually running this government?
This isn’t just political dysfunction—it’s a potential breakdown of lawful authority at the highest level of power.
We demand an investigation. Not next year. Now.
