Protect school meals and nutrition

Protect free school breakfast and lunch As a parent with young children in public schools, our family has benefited tremendously from free school breakfast and lunch. Moreover, the benefits for children who might not otherwise have nutritious meals are even more important. Well-fed children learn better. I was alarmed to see that House Republicans stripped funding for this vital program. I am urging you to fight as hard as you possibly can to retain free school meals. Republicans must not get their way on this issue. Resist that agenda.
