Oppose Trump's Signature on US Currency

I'm asking you to publicly oppose the Treasury Department's decision to place President Trump's signature on US dollar bills and to support legislation that would prevent sitting presidents from placing their signatures on currency. This breaks with over two centuries of American tradition. No sitting president has ever had their signature on our paper money, and there's a reason for that. Our currency represents the United States as a nation, not whoever happens to occupy the White House at any given moment. Putting a president's signature on bills that will circulate for years turns our money into a personal branding exercise. This isn't about partisan politics. It's about preserving the integrity of our institutions and preventing the kind of personality cult behavior we associate with authoritarian regimes. Our currency should reflect our democratic values, not serve as a monument to one individual's ego.
