Invoke Byrd Rule on Trans Medicare ban in GOP budget

Here's the letter body: I am very concerned by the destructive and hateful ban on Medicare-covered transgender health care in the Republicans’ Big Bad Bill. Please work to exclude the provision using the Byrd Rule. There are no good reasons to treat transgender people this way, only nefarious ones. Please stand in the way of this hateful exclusion of life-saving healthcare.
