An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Trump Exceeded Presidential War Powers- Iran Was Not a Threat. Impeach!

8 so far! Help us get to 10 signers!

Joe Kent, the director of the National Counterterrorism Center, has resigned after publicly stating intelligence clearly showed Iran posed no imminent threat to the United States and that Trump started this war due to pressure from Israel and its American lobby. The President's war powers are only constitutionally valid against imminent threats to US safety, and he clearly exceeded his authority in this case. We have no friends or allies beyond Israel during to his hostility and unmerited aggression toward the world, and this war was a crime from the first bomb we dropped. Congress must act! Impeach Trump and Hegseth and put Congress in charge of extricating us from the mess they've created in the Middle East.
