Democrats, we need leadership!

You probably noted, as I did, that Colorado now counts Independents as its largest group of registered voters. I understand you might conclude you should tack to the center to keep the peace. I, however, feel our representatives are not meeting the moment our country is in. Republicans are ostentatiously rejecting compromise, and refuse to defy their own president, even though he is clearly harming them with their own constituencies. We need representatives willing to stand for the rest of us. We can see where this is headed; the Project 2025 blueprint is clear. What do you stand for? What are you waiting for? The time for opinion polling and for strongly worded letters is over. We need disruption, decisiveness, and we need new leadership to face the challenges. Chuck Schumer is leading democrats into ruin. It’s not hyperbole to say the stakes couldn’t be higher.
