It’s time to live up to the promises the United States has made — both to our allies and to our own people. The world is watching, and history will remember whether America stood with freedom or cowered before tyranny.
For nearly three years, Ukraine has fought with unimaginable courage against a brutal, illegal invasion by Vladimir Putin — a dictator who murders his opponents, silences dissent, and seeks to rebuild an empire on the ashes of democracy. America pledged to stand with Ukraine, to defend liberty, and to oppose aggression. Those promises were not made lightly — they were made in the spirit of every American who believes in freedom, self-determination, and the rule of law.
And yet, Mr. Trump, you continue to kowtow to Putin, parroting his propaganda and undermining U.S. support for a democratic ally fighting for its survival. This is not strength. This is submission. Every word you speak in Putin’s defense, every delay in providing aid, every threat to abandon Ukraine emboldens an enemy of freedom and weakens the credibility of the United States.
Congress, you are no better if you stand idly by. Our Constitution gives you the power of the purse, the duty to uphold treaties, and the sacred responsibility to defend this nation’s values — not to bow to political convenience or partisan theatrics. Supporting Ukraine isn’t a “foreign issue.” It’s a defense of democracy itself. When America breaks its word abroad, we invite danger at home.
Both branches of our government — the Executive and the Legislative — swore an oath to uphold the Constitution every day, not just when it fits a political narrative. That oath means defending freedom, standing up to tyranny, and protecting the alliances that make the world safer for everyone.
We demand that the United States follow through on its commitments:
• Fully fund and deliver aid to Ukraine immediately.
• Publicly condemn Putin’s war crimes and aggression.
• Reaffirm America’s unwavering support for democracy and international law.
The American people expect moral clarity and constitutional courage — not appeasement, not excuses, and not silence in the face of evil.
Do your duty. Keep your word. Stand with Ukraine.
From an American who refuses to surrender democracy to dictators!
