federal Due process is the only right that appears TWICE in the US Constitution. Denying any PERSON due process is unconstitutional. Fifth amendment: “No PERSON shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law.” Fourteenth amendment: “No state shall deprive any PERSON of life, liberty, or property without due process of law.” You must restore due process for all people on US soil as demanded by the US Constitution which you swore to uphold when you took your oath of office.
