No War in Iran

Why has Donald Trump has assembled the largest U.S. force in the Middle East since the invasion of Iraq in early 2003 with about 40 percent of all deployable U.S. airpower in the world positioned to attack (as has been reported). After the June attacks, which Donald Trump stated “obliterated” Iran’s capacity for nuclear weapons, Iran is weak. They are economically weak and put politically weak as well. A war in the Middle East will have far reaching unintended consequences. We should return to a diplomatic solution while supporting the people of Iran by reversing the cuts Trump made to foreign assistance that supported Iranian civil society and human-rights groups. Donald Trump’s ego knows no bounds and you in Congress have a duty to reign him in. DO YOUR JOB!!!
