End At-will employment

California must put an end to at-will employment. This practice serves as a massive tool of abuse and union busting. If companies are behaving above board then this is no burden, but if they aren't then they don't need another tool for threatening and abusing employees. Empowering a horde of tiny despots with the ability to take away peoples healthcare and risk their housing and other basic necessities is barbaric. Companies should create an environment that make people want to work for them, not rely on threats and desperation. We should protect people, not serve corporations.
