HB38 is an unprecedented attempt to disenfranchise voters, politicize the judicial branch, and undermine our democracy. Instead of voters choosing our judges and justices, judicial districts created by legislators would stack the deck in favor of one party or another. This would undermine the independence of the courts, required by the separation of powers. Please vote NO on HB38.
