Protect Head Start from yet more assaults on your constituents from Trump.

You always affirm that you are honored to represent your constituents. Well, it is time to prove it. The Trump administration filed to block funding for preschool for poor people. POOR PEOPLE!!! Fortunately, this effort failed. So NOW they are planning to deregulate the Head Start program. They are trying to strip away standards on health, literacy — and brushing teeth!!!!!! This would have an immediate and long-term affect on MANY of your constituents. These are people/children who do not have millions of dollars to bribe this administration, which seems to be the best way to get them to change their minds. You are a parent. I’m sure you wanted the best for your children. You have enough independent funds that you were able to ensure they got a good start in life.. I hope you will remember that when figuring out HOW TO STOP THIS ADMINISTRATION FROM DESTROYING HEAD START AND THE FUTURE OF SO MANY CHILDREN.
