Require the Supreme Court to have enforceable ethics regulations

I hope you will agree that the Supreme Court needs to have enforceable ethics policies that apply to the justices as well as to staff. Employees of the legislative and executive branches are very familiar with the rules that apply to them. The same must be made true of the Supreme Court. In particular, I believe that family members living in the same household as a justice should be given strict guidelines about how to make their own protected political speech clearly distinct from that of the justice.
