Big Investors are Hogging American Homes. Please Help.

The housing crisis in Arizona is very real and is affecting thousands of residents who can no longer afford to play in this insane market. I’m among them. A major component of this problem is investors who are flush with cash and can snatch up multiple properties with their deep pockets and corporate resources. Regular people cannot compete with this. This is the result of “Letting the Market Decide,” and IT’S NOT WORKING. It enriches the “haves” at the expense of everyone else. It’s a zero sum game. And the only way to give the power back to the people is through legislation. As my elected officials, I URGE YOU TO CRAFT LEGISLATION THAT CURBS THE POWER OF BIG MONEY IN THE HOUSING MARKET. Without legislative action, I’m afraid I may need to leave the state in order to find affordable housing. This is NOT a reasonable solution. Please act immediately to help me and your other constituents. Housing is a basic necessity. Big Money needs to get out.
