US companies supporting Myanmar Military owned companies

Given the current situation in Myanmar, we need your help boycotting military owned businesses in Myanmar. The Myanmar military operates three breweries; Myanmar Brewery (Myanmar Beer, Kirin Ichiban, Black Shield, Andaman Gold), Mandalay Brewery (Mandalay Beer), and Dagon Beverages (Dagon Beer) under the name MEHL and MEC. Myanmar Brewery and Mandalay Brewery are under partnership with MEHL and Kirin (Kirin announced to terminate their current joint-venture partnership on February 5, 2021) while Dagon Beverage is fully owned by the MEC. Primary boycott is in progress, but we need your help with secondary boycott. Three companies supply aluminum cans to these breweries (Ball USA [www.ball.com], Crown USA [www.crowncork.com], and KJCF Malaysia [kjcf.net]), despite recommendation from the United Nations to sanction MEHL and MEC in 2019. Please help contact these companies in any way you can and urge them to stop doing business with MEHL and MEC. Military dictatorship in Myanmar needs to stop; help Myanmar fight for her freedom and democracy!
