Ending the Two-Tiered Justice System and Demanding Action on Epstein Files

I am writing to you today not as a partisan, but as a concerned constituent who believes that no one—regardless of their wealth, status, or political donor history—is above the law. The recent release of over 3.5 million pages under the Epstein Files Transparency Act has exposed a disturbing reality: there is a mountain of evidence regarding a global sex-trafficking network, yet the Department of Justice continues to claim that further prosecutions are "unlikely." This reeks of the "Deep State" protecting its own. I am asking you to stand with colleagues like Representative Thomas Massie and other oversight leaders to demand the following: -- End the "Elite" Protection: We cannot have a justice system that aggressively pursues everyday Americans while allowing billionaires and high-profile political figures—including the Clintons and their associates—to avoid public testimony and criminal scrutiny for their documented interactions with Jeffrey Epstein. -- Oversight of the DOJ and FBI: Recent reports that the DOJ has been "spying" on lawmakers by tracking their search queries within the unredacted files are a flagrant violation of Congressional oversight. I urge you to demand an investigation into why the DOJ is more interested in monitoring lawmakers than in investigating the leads found in these files. -- Truth Over Embarrassment: As Rep. Massie recently stated, "We can’t avoid justice just to avoid embarrassment for some very powerful men." Whether the names in those files are Republican or Democratic donors, the American people deserve to see the law applied equally. While our allies in Europe and the U.K. are already seeing high-profile resignations and criminal probes from these same files, the United States is lagging behind. This is a stain on our national character. The survivors of this horrific network have waited long enough. I ask that you use your seat in congress to ensure that "transparency" is followed by arrests and accountability.
