End For-profit Utilities

Put an end to residents paying for utility profits. It's absurd that residents should be paying a tax that they didn't vote for, especially on a basic necessity. We have seen how much cheaper and more reliable public utilities are, and yet we are forced to pay private companies, not just for the service but for their shareholders profits as well. We deserve better than for-profit necessities.
