NO funding without assurances. It should NOT be controversial to require the president to follow the Constitution and the Impoundment Control Act. You-- and he-- swore a solemn OATH to the constitution. We elected you with that understanding. Now we are seeing the rule of law and the constitution shredded, public health undermined, states rights flouted, the executive refusing to respect court decisions, our allies betrayed, our federal agencies gutted. Ongoing violations of the division of power enshrined in the constitution should offend you. DO NOT fund rogue illegal policies. No funding without assurances.
