Demand accountability for defying court order on deportations

Upholding the constitutional system of government must be a paramount priority, even when it comes to controversial policies justified through claims of national security. The independence of the courts and their power to serve as a check on the executive branch is integral to preserving democracy and civil liberties. A full investigation and appropriate consequences are warranted for circumventing this emergency order through hasty action before it could be enforced.
