Congress It was announced that Immigration and Customs Enforcement plans in spending $20M of taxpayer on GLOVE: Generated Low Output Voltage Emitter. These would be gloves that would emit a short but painful first of electricity to be used on non-cooperative suspects. My view is that this constitutes torture, and goes far beyond anything that has been used to subdue a suspect. My demand is that you investigate this and take actions to stop this practice before Immigration and Customs deploys this beginning in 2027.
