Do not nominate anti-choice judges to the federal bench

I am a member of Indivisible CA33/CA37. I'm writing to urge you to commit to voting against any judicial nominee that ignores people’s right to bodily autonomy and supports forcing pregnant people to give birth. There are reports that appear to be confirmed that President Biden is planning on nominating such a judge to a lifetime position in the state of Kentucky in an apparent agreement with Senator McConnell. As the party currently in control of the Senate, we must ensure that any such judge does not make it out of committee or past confirmation. Please use your influence and platform to urge the president not to help Republicans as they try to roll back our freedoms. This deal is bad and unnecessary, as the party in charge can just ignore blue-slip vetos as was done throughout the Trump presidency. Thank you for your time and attention.
