An open letter to the U.S. Senate

Investigate perjury allegations against FBI nominee before confirmation

1 so far! Help us get to 5 signers!

It has come to light that Kash Patel, the nominee for a high-ranking FBI position, may have committed perjury during his congressional testimony related to efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election results. Senators have a responsibility to thoroughly investigate these allegations before advancing his nomination. Until the perjury concerns are fully addressed and resolved, voting to confirm Patel would undermine public trust and the integrity of the FBI. I urge you to delay a confirmation vote to allow for a complete and transparent inquiry into this grave matter. Upholding the rule of law and protecting democratic institutions must take precedence.
