NIH RECOVER Failure

As recently reported by STAT News, I would like to express my deep disappointment in the misuse of funds by the NIH RECOVER program. The program neglected to leverage 30 years of biomedical research into other postinfectious conditions. It also failed to utilize the institutional knowledge that already exists from those who have been involved in such research for decades. I would ask that as stewards of my taxpayer money, please pursue this. NIH has failed again and again to adequately fund myalgic encephalomyelitis, the template for all post-infectious diseases.
