Jewish Currents reporter Emily Wilder joined a group of journalists and medical workers on The Conscience ship in order to report on activists' escalating attempts to reach Gaza by flotilla and on the impact of Israel's media blockade. The Conscience was intercepted by Israeli forces and Wilder is now in detention. Recently, detainees on nonviolent flotilla missions have been subject to abuse while in Israeli custody. Please advocate for her speedy and safe release.
