An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Demand Government Transparency and Equal Application of the Law

8 so far! Help us get to 10 signers!

As a defender of the U.S. Constitution and the rule of law, you have a responsibility to ensure that government operates with transparency, accountability, and fairness—not in secrecy or with favoritism toward political allies. Americans are losing faith in our institutions because too often, government agencies act without oversight, bend the rules for the powerful, and apply the law unequally. This is not the system our Founders envisioned, and it must end. The law must be applied equally to all Americans, regardless of political affiliation, social status, or wealth. Justice that is selective is not justice at all—it is tyranny. Whether it’s the IRS targeting conservative organizations, the selective prosecution of political opponents, or special treatment for the well-connected, these abuses erode the core principle that all citizens stand equal before the law. Government should serve the people, not protect elites or operate behind closed doors. That is why we must demand: 1 Full Transparency in Government Operations – No more secret deals, hidden policies, or backroom bureaucratic actions that impact Americans without public accountability. The people have a right to know how their government operates. 2 Equal Enforcement of the Law – No more double standards. Whether Democrat or Republican, rich or poor, every American must be held to the same legal standards. No favoritism, no political prosecutions, no selective enforcement. 3 Strict Oversight of Government Agencies – Bureaucracies should not act as law enforcement, judges, and juries. Elected officials must hold unelected agencies accountable to prevent political weaponization of government power. 4 Accountability for Violations – When government officials and agencies abuse their power, there must be real consequences. No more cover-ups or immunity for those who violate the public trust. The United States is a nation of laws, not of men—but only if those in power uphold that principle. The American people demand and deserve a government that operates honestly, fairly, and with full transparency. We urge you to take action and ensure that government serves all Americans, not just the privileged few. Thank you for your leadership in standing for justice and the Constitution.
