How Much Longer Will We Ignore Trump’s Mental Decline?

On Easter Sunday, President Trump didn’t offer hope, unity, or peace. He delivered a venomous tirade—disguised as a holiday greeting—that revealed just how unfit he is to hold the highest office in the land. He used Easter—a sacred day for millions—to spew insults and lies: • He called fellow Americans “Radical Left Lunatics” and “Mentally Insane.” • He accused judges and law enforcement of enabling a violent invasion. • He recycled delusions about election fraud, “open borders,” and shadow presidents. • He referred to President Biden as a “highly destructive Moron” and mocked the idea that he was ever legitimately elected. • And then, dripping with sarcasm and hostility, he said: “Happy Easter!!!” Let’s call this what it is: A psychologically disturbing message from a man consumed by rage, delusion, and narcissism. This is not normal presidential behavior. It reveals: • An utter lack of empathy or emotional regulation • Paranoid thinking and conspiratorial obsession • An inability to distinguish sacred moments from self-promotion • An authoritarian mindset that views disagreement as betrayal If any other leader in the world spoke like this—on Easter, no less—we’d call it unhinged. And yet here in America, Congress remains silent. How long will you stand by as your president: • Uses religion as a political weapon? • Calls judges and law enforcement “weak” for following the law? • Spreads dangerous lies that provoke violence and distrust? You have a duty—not just to uphold the Constitution, but to defend basic decency and truth. If you do nothing in the face of this escalating cruelty, hostility, and delusion, then you are complicit. And when history asks what you did while democracy eroded and dignity died, your silence will be the answer. Do better. Speak up.
