'Ethical Dedication to Your Party' state bill Request

Rep. Cotham’s decision is a betrayal to and with repercussions for the people of her district and for the entire state of North Carolina. Actions such as that should be a violation of office with consequence of immediate termination. Want to change parties after being elected? Resign, change your party affiliation, run in the next election. I would suggest a bill for the state of Nevada addressing this recent unethical action by Rep. Cotham. The bill needs to be presented on the floor of the NV Legislation quickly; during this session! I fear if we don't, we will see this unethical action become common practice by other unethical legislators throughout the nation. Here's an idea for the name of the bill... "Ethical Dedication to Your Party".
