Open the Fuckin’ Strait, you crazy bastards, or you’ll be living in Hell - JUST WATCH! Praise be to Allah. President DONALD J. TRUMP” This statement signals a potential use of military force against foreign infrastructure without Congressional authorization. Under Article I of the Constitution, Congress holds the power to declare war and must provide oversight of executive military action.
