Vote NO to confirmation of Robert F Kennedy Jr as Health and Human Services Secretary The confirmation hearing for Robert Kennedy Jr for the position of Health & Human Services Secretary is today. I am strongly urging you to vote NO. If confirmed as the top public health official in the country, Kennedy would oversee the operations of the Affordable Care Act, Medicare and Medicaid and the NIH. His limited experience, personal and professional misconduct, and positions on research and the safety and efficacy of vaccines make him an unsuitable candidate. Robert F Kennedy Jr is not qualified to run the department of Health and Human Services. I do not want the Affordable Healthcare Act reduced or repealed, and I do not want NIH funding reduced nor its funding for research ended.
