Censorship & Hate Will Not Make America Great: Act Now

Freedom of speech is a core American value. Yet, under the current administration, we are seeing executive orders that ban scientific papers from using words like women, transgender, equity, diversity, non-binary, pregnant, LGBT—and book bans targeting climate change, equality, and civil rights. This is not how free societies operate. A government that censors science, silences journalists, and threatens news outlets with SLAPP lawsuits is not a government that values free speech. I urge you to reject these authoritarian tactics and take action to protect scientific integrity, press freedom, and the right to open discourse in America. History will remember those who stood for free speech—and those who worked to destroy it. Hate will not make America great.
