Congressional appropriations ARE THE LAW. Stop Trump's illegal Ukraine aid block

News has broken that: " Donald Trump has decided to pause all future deliveries of U.S. military assistance to Ukraine"-- this is to pressure Zelenskyy. Congress appropriates. Appropriations are LAWS. Yes, CONGRESSIONAL APPROPRIATIONS are the law. And no one is above the law. If you permit Trump to block the appropriations Congress legislated for Ukraine, you might as well never turn up to vote on a bill again. If you permit the president to overturn congressionally appropriated funds YOU are complicit in enabling a dictatorship. You can't leave this to the courts. Do not allow any regular business until Congress's power is recognised by the president. That means: no unanimous consent in the senate. No confirming nominees. No debt ceiling raise in the house. No more appropriations. No funding a rogue regime. NO presidential address. Trump wants to block aid to Ukraine to give aid and succour to our foe Putin and to coerce Ukraine. That's a disgrace. I hear members of Congress are incensed about his betrayal of Ukraine. If you fail to act and do not insist Ukraine getting what was previously appropriated you will not only betray Ukraine, you will also be complicit in the creation of a dictatorship.
