Furthermore, these federal interventions intrude upon the clear constitutional authority granted to states to administer elections and maintain voter rolls under Article I, Section 4. Decades of comprehensive audits, multi-state reviews, and Department of Justice findings have consistently demonstrated that noncitizen voting is exceptionally rare, deterred by severe felony penalties and mandatory deportation. The sensational claims alleging massive noncitizen registration rely on flawed commercial database cross-matching, which is notorious for false positives, not credible evidence. Weaponizing specialized federal investigators for non-existent voter fraud wastes taxpayer dollars, creates unfunded administrative burdens, and distracts from pressing national security priorities. I urge you to take immediate legislative and oversight actions: 1.
