Forbid LAPD from assisting ICE. They knowingly go into our cities, rile up folks with no escape plan and play the sad damsel in distress. Let them rot in the mess of their own making. Who cares if they’re locked into a building surrounded by angry citizens for a week or two. Let them door dash and hide. Do not waste our resources and labor hours to disperse the protestors they intentionally brought upon themselves. Do not let ICE shove a wedge between you and your public popularity. Sending LAPD in just needlessly endangers them, and doesn’t endear you or them with the people. Do not fall for the blatant tactic to get you drummed out of office.
