An open letter to the U.S. Congress

“Take him anyway”

20 so far! Help us get to 25 signers!

I am writing to express my deep concern over a recent incident where ICE detained a teenager, fully aware they had the wrong person, saying “take him anyway.” This alarming abuse of authority not only traumatizes innocent individuals but also undermines public trust in our immigration system. I urge you to demand accountability from ICE and advocate for his release. We must ensure such illegal acts are prevented in the future. No one should endure such harm due to negligence or systemic flaws. None of us are safe with the government abusing our rights. None of us. Do something.
