Disrespect and Harassment of Federal Employees

Federal employees received an email requiring us to list 5 things we did last week to the unsecured external OPM email on a Saturday. It says failure to respond will result in resignation. This cannot be left to stand. DOGE and OPM have no authority to force a resignation. Work requirements are already listed and monitored through annual performance plans. This, and the wrongful terminations of probationary employees cannot be allowed to continue with no authority or no approved way to evaluate responses. Federal employees are being harassed, plain and simple. Our rights to a safe and fair work environment are being blatantly ignored. They are trying to destroy all federal services without due process. What are you doing to protect and fight for the respect of all federal employees? There are many urgent issues with this administration, but the disrespect and disregard for all administrative processes established by policy needs to be a priority. The executive branch is not allowed to make policy. That is your job, and the American people need to you to uphold that responsibility and deny this branch unilateral power.
