Diplomacy Now!

As a Vietnam-era veteran, I feel very strongly that the United States is neglecting the path of diplomacy and negotiation and instead escalating military action in Ukraine. I heard you say that you are not speaking to Putin. I think that is a dangerous stance on your part. I urge you most earnestly to pursue diplomacy and to dispatch your Secretary of State to go to Moscow to begin efforts to deescalate this conflict. As you know, a nuclear tinderbox like this could rapidly incinerate millions of people.
