Hold the outgoing President accountable for incitement

I urge you to listen closely to all of the evidence in the outgoing President's upcoming impeachment trial. He must be held accountable for his abuses of power and for inciting his cult-like following to violence inspired by his and others’ craven lies about our free and fair elections. If he is not sanctioned and prevented from holding public office in the future, he will only weaponize what he will frame as an exoneration to foment more unrest. We need to send a message to him and anyone inspired by his near destruction of our democracy that seditious, anti-democratic behavior will not be tolerated.
